I've seen a 2-headed lamb, calf, mouse & human, so it can't be all that rare in nature. As the article says, long-term survival in the wild is another issue. With the frequency of double-yolked eggs, 2-headed birds should concievably be not that rare as well. This is the 1st one I've seen photos of though. Bloody wierd specimen. Thanks for posting.

By its coloration, this two-headed snake :worm: is very likely the end result of years of mutation production

Its survival in the wild would be extremely fraught. It apparently only eats two headed birds
