Going out on a limb here but I reckon it is an Eastern Yellow Robin,(Eopsaltria australis).

Isn't it nice to see them in the flesh, rather than read about them? Nice photo!

Thanks, I thought it was a wagtail as there were a heap of them around but only one of this guy.
