Hey guys!
Heading off to Wollongong in a couple of hours, tomorrow morning I am going on my first ever Pelagic trip!
For those who have remained blissfully unaware, a pelagic trip is basically where you pay $100 to turn up at a dock at a stupid hour of the morning, and then spend the rest of the day in waterproof pants, getting salt in your camera lenses, throwing up over the side of a boat as you hope to catch a glimpse of some albatross
Hopefully I shall return with some pics to share!
Wish I had time to visit some finch aviaries as well, alas you can't do everything. Next time!

Hi Jay,

My first boat trip was on the Sandra K. How did you go? Any photos to post or too sea sick?

Cheers Ian

Great boat :D
It was fantastic! just readying some pics for upload now. I wasn't seasick! the sea was pretty smooth, no one was... might have cost me a few petrels, but I'd rather that than spend my entire first ride throwing up :P
