Took this today with my phone at a mates place,what would the white feathering on the back of the head indicate?

I had one vety similar. Its siblings were normals and euro yellows so not too sure. He us coming through the moult and oddly looks to have a little more blue than normal. Parents were single factor cock with normal hen. What were the parents if this one? More importantly. ..what colour are the siblings?

Possibly split for Aussie Yellow. Possibly both parents are the same just less obvious.
