Parrot finches

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me at what age do baby parrot finches attained those iridescent discs in the corner of their mouths? Found a very small one on the ground no feathers either painted or TCPF. Holtz

I haven't bred them myself, but I assume they would be the same as gouldians and would hatch with them.

they do hatch with them, nice big glowers they are
