While I do not let people know who or how much money was donated by any one I thought this may interest.
Some time ago I received a PM from a Forum member who lives in the USA.
The member had just returned home from the Save the Gouldian count in WA and as it was unlikely that he would return to Australia in
the near future so he didn't need the Aust. currency he had left over from the trip.
Instead of converting it back to his currency he has sent the notes to me to bank, on behalf of the members I thank the person for the donation
and a receipt will be forwarded to him .
Donation from the USA

Careful Strop
Donations are kept private.
It was a terrific gesture though.
One does not have to be a detective.
If they are meant to be kept quiet why start this post.
cheers
