Feeding Termites

I've been feeding my cordons and orange-breasts termites, how often should I offer them?

once a day is sufice but depends on how many you feed out, as your breeding results will vary so if they seem to looking for more give them more( you might have to just sit there and watch) but also supplemnt with other foods like acid flies and maggots and of coarse mealies....pete

thanks pete, just had a quick look on google can't find much on acid flies, does anyone know a site or have any info?
