i akways though one of my normal pied cock birds was spit to fawn. first round nest produced 3 light to med pied birds. never thought much more about it. yesterday i was in the aviary checking on the feed etc and a young fawn flew up in the brush followed shortly by a normal then a very nice medium pied.
so rough guess the fawns a hen/pied and the other pair could be carrying the fawn factor. bit hard to get a better picture of the med pied. he looks so go i don't want to push my luck and scare the witts out of him and he ends up in damaging himself
