Wendy told me yesterday that they have received 2mm of rain over the past week....it's been enough to keep the crop going for now.

2mm must be barely enough to stop it all dropping dead - good to be positive but that doesn't sound great. I have relatives with a cattle property in the area who haven't had any rain at all.

You are right Sam....2mm is basically enough to keep it on life support. As Wendy said the main reason why the crop is still going is that they have had mild weather.....to be honest I'm not holding my breath over getting the seed this year....but I feel it is only appropriate to keep updating everyone at least once a week until we have a definate answer...cheers, Paul

HI Everyone,

Got a call from Wendy earlier tonight letting me know that their crop will be ready for harvesting next week.....your joking I said....well apparently she was serious.

The seed will be harvested next week and ready for shipment the following week.

So here is the plan:
- On Friday 21/3 I will finalise freight and storage to book in our seed to be delivered 11/4
- I will contact each person this weekend informing them of the amount they need to pay and my banking details
- Each buyer will need to pay by the end of March

I still have a few esky's left on the 2nd pallet so if you are still thinking about ordering any please be aware that once the second pallet is full that will probably be it for 2014.

I realise most people are great and pay on time, but please ensure your payment is received by the 31/3/14 to ensure you get your seeds.

Cheers
Paul

Hi All,

I've booked in all the freight and storage arrangements. The seed is expected to be delivered to my place (Thornbury) on Friday 11/4/14.

The cost per esky will be $194.

I will PM each person with my banking details and confirm your order over the weekend.

Thanks again to everyone for their support.

Cheers

Hi All,

I have now PMed everyone involved my contact and banking details.

Wendy tells me they have already harvested half the crop and the balance will be done today.

I have booked everything in for the seed to arrive at my place on Friday 11/4/14. I will text everyone on the day when it arrives as well as putting up a general post on the AFF.

Thanks again to everyone for their support....especially those of you who paid for their seed within 5 minutes of receiving my PM.

Cheers

Hi All,

Wendy informs me that the seeds have all been harvested and are sitting in their freezers waiting shipment. Wendy also commented that they were very happy with the quality of the seed.

Cheers,

Hi All,

I have had a couple of people cancel their orders....so I now have 4 spare esky's. So if anyone is still thinking about the green seed please PM so I can have all the seed fully allocated before I need to make payment for the full 2 pallets later this week.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Paul
