Hi all
While in the aviary today I found a large piece of scat. I'm thinking snake, would a snake still be active this time of year?

Well I'm cooking the Bbq in a pair of shorts tonight and was at the dog park on dusk in t-shirt and shorts and there were mosquitoes biting the dogs... Doesn't feel like the middle of winter in Newcastle, maybe the snakes aren't aware it's winter either.
Cheers Ian

Yeh it's cold of a morning here but quite warm of a day(Im about 3hours north of Newcastle).
Not sure that it would be from a frog as its around the thickness of a finger and about an inch or so long.Couldnt find any other traces.
