Hello from Geelong!

Hi, I live just out of Geelong, Victoria. Over the last 18 months I have owned Gouldian Finches. My wonderful husband has just finished a new aviary for them that means I can watch them out the kitchen window. We have enclosed part of the verandah that goes around the house and it's perfect! Looking forward to reading lots on this forum! Deborah

Hi DeeGee, welcome aboard. Have fun with your Gouldians. Are there any particular colours that you like? I'm from country Brisbane and have issues with the cold weather in Brisbane. I've moved the aviary so it's north facing to get maximum light in Winter. It has to be much colder in Geelong; Did you have to make any special considerations? cheers . . Danny
