Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear you are having problems. If they are like most finches the most important thing seems to be to give them green seeding grasses from the day the eggs are laid till the day the chicks are fully coloured. Or as much of this time as you can. Also making an egg and biscuit mix and feeding this daily once the chicks hatch helps. Good luck.

We are here to help.

Hello
I give the food a bird
With shells feed
No shell feed
Egg yolk powder
Mineral soil and vegetables
But
After the chicks hatched female birds do not feed
Two days after being abandoned from the nest
Because dead

Looking at the pictures of the birds and the food, it looks like the man is not supplying any baby food. Being canaries, I would hope some of our canary breeders
can come to the fore with a feeding formula in pictures and help this poor soul. He seems to be doing things right as far as getting them to breed, but is falling down in the baby department.
It seems to me that he needs soak seed and egg and biscuit mix. Unfortunately I do not know how to upload pictures as way of explanation.
Lets do it for International Relations.

Very basic instructions below
Boil the egg for about 5 minutes. Mash very finely, you can also give the ground up shell mixed into the egg.
Not sure what type of biscuit you have available, but if no bird biscuit is available choose a very plain, not too sweet biscuit for humans, this can be crushed and mixed with the egg.
Soaked seed. Take the bird seed you give to your birds, soak some in water, rinse with clean water a couple of times, overnight you should see the seed start to split ready to start growing, feed this to your birds.
Chop up fresh vegetables, Bok choy, Kale, Spinach, Cucumber and offer to birds, this can be mixed in with any or all of the above or given on its own.
You can also grow your bird seed in pots, when the seeds have grown into small plants and grasses, put in the cage and the birds will eat the greenery.
The adult birds should eat all these things and feed them to the babies. Hope you can try some of these suggestions and they help your birds.
