Lump on blue gouldians head..Help?

Hi guys,

noticed this little guy had a bald lump on his head.
Can anyone help me ID what is wring with him/her?

Sclay mite? mozi bite? tumour? collision wound?

It only appeared thismorning or last night. It may have occured earlier but I may not have noticed.

Any help would be great.
