Reading an interesting book at the moment called Where Song Began by Tim Low, am up to a bit talking about the Emperor Fairy Wren (Malarus cyanocephalus). Had never heard of them so put it into Google. For some reason I thought the Malarus species were endemic to Australia, very impressive looking bird. Get the hard core Malarus enthusiasts salivating.

I'm also reading 'Where Song Began' - great research, really interesting concepts for ornithology.
