Can you grow the phalaris that your been talking about from the phalaris seed that you feed the birds.??

I don't know how you can contain the Johnson River grass. 2 years ago I fed some to my birds and seed blew all the way to the front garden
The seed grew the following summer to 2 metres before it set seed.
