Hi Iva, this week must be fledging week. I also had my parrot finch pair fledge 3 chicks on Monday, 2 painteds and the first of my canary chicks for the season, so pretty happy as you must be.

Thank you guys. Yes I am happy with these little birds. I couldn't believe my luck when I saw all 3 together waiting for camera.

The bird on the left looks to have red on it.is it true if they have red showing when they leave the nest they are males?
