I thing is for sure it does not scare easily or its wings don't work.
I don't know what it is Sam.
If I had a guess maybe a Blue Stiff Neck Quail.

Could be. I was really hoping it was a tanager - maybe Tangara caeruleus roboticus :thumbup:
