Had 2 young Goldfinches fledge today,I know they are not everyone's cup of tea but I like them.

Despite their low price they are not that easy to breed.

Was this bred from trapped birds?
Breeding Project 2020-2025.
agate mosaic canaries, agate yellow mosaic canaries, red zebs, self bengos and goldfinch mules.

Well done Jack :thumbup: the only way i got some on the perch was to pinch the wild ones eggs and hatch them under canaries but they were still as wild as march hares. Cheers Craig

Yes they were trapped birds from Western Gardens Birds at Hoppers Crossing.
