Would be nice if the species list could be arranged alphabetically rather than the order they are added.
I have added one aviary and one bird to that aviary but that bird does not appear in the details of "All".

Hi Shane,

Thanks for allowing us access and the ability to play around and test.

So far all good after the initial attempt.

Will test it further later today and next week.

Thanks once again and congratulations for what is and will be a fantastic aid to management of our birds.

Peter & Rebecca.

Good idea. Consider it done.
I have added one aviary and one bird to that aviary but that bird does not appear in the details of "All".
I haven't run into this problem before. Is the bird marked as deceased or sold? I can't think of any other reason why 'All' would skip your bird.

Hi Shane,

Maybe you could look at adding a print feature if that is possible?

To get the different breeds in alphabetical order we just go to manage species - edit then cut, paste, enter in the order we require them.

Thanks.

What do you want to print? A bird's details?

Would like to print what birds are in each aviary and also the ability to print a bird's details.

Thanks Shane.

Just finished putting all my birds in, so far so good.
Think the alphabetical order would make it that much easier.
Maybe just an idea is you can highlight when the bird was born and possibly be able to change between Purchased and born?
Would also be good if the species of bird in a particular aviary was in alphabetical order.

Updated! Redownload in the first post.

- The species list is now alphabetically ordered
- You can now alphabetically sort the list of birds by clicking the column header
- Added ability to print birds and aviaries
- Misc bug fixes.

Thank you to everyone who has tested so far!

Well done for creating such a good program. Simple to use though obviously not so simple to devise. To complicate things, could there be some way to represent family trees in the genealogy part? If not schematic, how about when you select a bird, there is generated a list of who the parents are, who are siblings or half-siblings and who are offspring.
And well done addressing everybody's suggestions. You're on a winner I think.
