HI guys
I attended this bird show on Saturday the 25th.
The show was well run and there were over 600 birds on show. This club did a great job in organizing this event and the day went smooth as.
I have always liked yorkies and this show did not disappoint. there were some that appeared to have straight up and down legs with no knees. They stood tall and proud and they were huge. The lizard class was well represented also. There was one lone mule entered and it was an absolute stunner.
I entered in some birds and my little red breasted zeb (just coloured last week) won his class as did my gouldian. My painted got reserve champion for the aussie finches. A few other Wollongong Finch club members won reserve and grand champion prizes including our vice president.
Before the photos I just want to thank the Wollongong and District Aviculture Society Inc for a great day.
Sorry for the crappy quality on the photos. My son drained the phone battery playing games so the flash didnt work for all of them

Thanks for the report and photos.
I would also like to second Steve's comments. The show was well run and is a testament to the members of the Club, with all the wet weather during the week that it was so well organised.
The day was all the better as I also won an award.
