Unsure if Plant Harmful or Not?

Hey guys,
just curious to know if Australian Rice Flowers (I believe it is) are harmful to birds? My brother bought me a plant a few days ago for the aviary so better to be cautious before it goes in.

I have them planted in a couple of my breeding aviaries & they are an ideal aviary plant. No problems at all.
