Realy hard to tell the hen looks like a normal green back to me. But the cock bird still looks like theres a fair bir of green on his back with alot of blue around his neck and tail, hard to tell.

The cock is definitely a blue - otherwise his belly wouldn't be cream colored like it is.
If he was normal, his belly would be bright yellow as most normals are.

The hen does not look "normal" to me, but she also doesn't look blue.
Could be the photo, but she gives off the impression to me of being Sea Green or Par Blue almost.

As for her head, she is BH YTB, her father must have been OH/BH.

He definitely doesn't have a Pastel.
First - they can only be males, and the other bird he has is certainly a hen.
Second, you can easily distinguish a Pastel from a regular Blue because the Bib (and any black on the bird) is muted to a gray.
