I had 5 young gouldian fledge today, 3 that appear to be yellows ans 2 normal.
Their parents are BH PB N cock and BH PB SF hen. Am I right in assuming that the yellows will be BH PB SF cocks and the normals will be BH PB N hens ?
I have enclosed pictures of 2 of the young.

BH = black head
RH = red head
YH = Yellow head

PB or PC purple breast or chest

N = normal green back
GB -= green back

SF = single factor
DF = double factor

Its a program that once you enter the details of the birds you have paired up it tells you what to expect with their young, I use it all the time, I like this one as you dont have to be online.
