Hey poitta the petshop i go to gives me a big bag of the stuff and it comes with feathers and material. I know what you mean as soon as i put some in they go crazy for them.

just out of interest Steven, what colour feathers are they?
I find that my painteds and firefinches will only use white feathers. whereas the orange breasts use anything. they all use lots of pampas grass for nest lining as well

Hey Mick I give them white feathers. They also like little ting sticks I put a few on the ground and a few pairs use them.

I will have to try some white feathers and see if they use them, i have a lot of different feathers on the floor of the avairy and they don't use them.

The petshops I go to only sell white feathers i have not seen any other colors.

Greg where do you get yours from?

I get a lot of my stuff from Capalaba produce they have a wide range of bird stuff.

Not sure what zebs are doing they where sitting on eggs all last week but this week haven't seen them on match looking after them. Maybe the eggs are no good
