My first guess was a Sparrow then I re read the topic and it has to be a finch ....so Im guessing yellow rump

it has streaks n the breast. I agree, probably either a yellowhammer, other bunting or maybe a vietnamese or golden song sparrow?
Met someone with vietnamese sparrows, fabulous breeder and birds :D
