Thankyou everyone. Currently trying to catch another which i think is a hen.
The photo was a bit of a hassle due to the size limit. I took a photo on my mobile and cropped it. I then took a photo of that photo with my tablet at its lowest res and then cropped and uploaded that one.

It's hard to be sure. Either a cock with a wide lore, or a very good hen.
Simplest way to tell? Leave him/her in a nearby cage for a couple hours. If male, he will trill.
