Hi All, recently aquired 2 pairs of yellow siskins
pretty calm at the moment together but when it comes to breeding will they fight?

Always best 1 pair to an aviary.
Keep an eye out in the coming months for compatability. It is essential for succesful breeding.
Maybe you can keep the 2 pairs together till they pair off and then separate them . Good luck, they are beautiful whistlers.

I have two pairs of yellows in an aviary with green finches and goldfinches.
They won't fight now but ill separate all pairs come late August with the alternative being no breeding and a heap of fighting maybe deaths.
