Hi every one let you know,sadly we lost today a good friend bird breeder,named guy know as spitfire on this forum which quiet few know of him. R I P MATE.

RIP indeed,I had know Guy Spiteri for a few years and this came as a shock.
He was always pleasant when ever I spoke to him and I have posted some
pics on this Forum of his aviaries and birds.

Sincere condolences to the Spiteri family, i have known Guy for over 30 years. Very experienced in knowledge regarding European finch species. Will be sadly missed as a friend and to Aviculture. R.I.P Guy

I first met Guy only recently at Finches'14 and spoke a few times since. As well as an active member of AFF (Spitfire) he was also a member of the FSA.

Hi everyone just to let you know the funeral for guy know as(splitfire on the forum) will be on wednesday 22 nd of February,mass starts at 10.30 am at scared heart carholic church,4 wintered st,st Albans for friend of him who new him,just let you know.
