Well, it does say finches and softbills!.
I'm after information on Spur-Wing Plovers (Vanellus miles) in captivity. Any info out there? Prepared to build a new, dedicated aviary but interested in any first-hand experience. I'm in SE Queensland.

Im still traumatised by childhood run ins I had with them ....when you get set up Ill pay you to let me hide in the aviary and then ambush them the way they did to me

never had them myself . wouldnt mind a try, they can be a bit agro i have been told but so do alot of other things. they are a bit noisey at night but good luck on any info as for most softbills there is just not enough info on them ...pete
