Hi all just after the going rate for stars pairs please as I will be looking for some later this yearthanks in advance

Probably $40/pr from a private seller; $70/pr from a dealer.

I'd like to get back into star finches this year too. I've held off getting them because they're a bit destructive to foliage, and all the plants in my aviary are still establishing themselves.

Destructive to foliage? I have major possum problems so I had to plant the plants a few days before the stars went in, and now the plants and stars are both healthy and established.

I'd think $45 - $50 /pr from a private seller, $70/pr from a dealer
