I'm sorry to tell you but it is a dirty white breasted bird and doesn't look very healthy. A dirty WB is when the purple bleeds through a WB mutation but the purple is diluted to a blue colour.
It can and will pollute any WB birds you breed from it in the future. It's autosomal recessive as is the WB mutation.
It also has malinism caused by lack of direct sunshine and lack of vitamin D3. Sorry to be the carrier of bad news.

How can you tell that she’s not well??? My other question was how to trim the beak? I’m familiar with larger birds…

I’m presuming dirty white is not good? I thought the blue looked pretty..

Dirty white is considered a fault. As it obviously causes the white to not look bright and clean and white, which is how most people like it to look. I have to admit that like you, I am one of those female finchos that think it looks pretty. The hen seems rather fluffed up, which is usually a sign of illness or cold, so a dose of "spark" or a similar all purpose "pick me up" could help. With the yellows beak, I use nail clippers, and cut as if it was a fingernail. Just where it should be to = the other birds beaks.

Wonderful!..
Thank you so much for your advice and help “Finch Breeder”. I will pick up some “spark” today. I’m fairly new to the finch world. I’m more experienced with larger birds..
I was afraid to do their beaks because they are so small and was going to call someone in…..I’ll give it a try with your advice..
Hope you have a fantastic day!..
