How to tell if sprouted seeds are off?

You can get a kilo for just over $100 if you have a few birds.Alot cheaper that way,Even up to 10 kgs.Mind you you need to have a few birds to use a kilo up.I use it for sprouting,In the water, and to clean the magot containers from yeast every couple of uses,Which can be done with the left over water from sprouting.
