there goes my last finch. :(  :x :| :o
He died of a mouse attack, even in the big birdcage, with 6 quail protectors :? . last night they chewed a hole through the newspaper over the wire grill on the cage floor, and accessed and killed him
I have only quails now, but cut throats are on their way as are some new zebs :|
When they arrive, they'll be kept INSIDE in the same cage, in the sunroom. ;)

Thats so sad .The cold weather has pushed some field mice into my garage where I keep my babies and my breeding quarrions at night , looks like we get to spend more $$$ at Bunnings today on mouse traps . Lucky hubby gets a discount so it wont cost so much.
