They'll eat almost anything.
A standard finch mix, egg & biscuit mix, lettuce, rocket, dandelion, a small amount of mealworms, and they'll love you.
and subsequently cover you in baby zebs. ;)
and I mean cover.

Only things I would add to Jay's list are Guinea grass, they eat it and use it to make nests. So nothing goes to waste. And cuttlefish, need it to keep up the calcium while laying all those eggs. And if you don;t have sand floors add a little pot of course sand for grit to digest their seed.
