The main concern with pulse type electric fence energizers is if not fitted properly they will affect RF(radio frequency)signals upsetting neighbors. I often have one on near my house when weaning cattle or to keep the horses away from the garden.Personally if they controlled their cat it would not be required so stuff em I say.

Neighbours are not a problem here , to the sides are great people and theres no houses in front and well the back neighbours I was going to oil the fence to stop them climbing anyway
its the bloody princess and wonder dog ...they dont miss a trick , anything I put out is gonna be found by them .

No cat problems now but just lost 1pr of Maddies to a F***ing Butcher Bird
. Got both Greys & Pieds here, but mainly have trouble with the greys (this ones been around for 3 months & only decided today to give me any trouble). Only have trouble with the pieds when they are young, adults don't chase the birds.
Had more trouble with snakes & Goannas this year, 6 carpets (most I've ever had in one year), 1 Collard Sparrowhawk, & 10 (yes ten) Goannas, lost 3 clutches of chickens to them. Also lost 2 clucky hens to cats
, but there no longer a problem
