Can anybody tell me if they know of a place that stocks oyster shell grit in Perth ?
Tried heaps of pet shops, city farmers and bird world but nobody has it. Any suggestions
Thanks

Any good seafood restrunts near by?? My oldman loves oyster, so everytime he goes to a seafood restrunt he brings me back the shells, I give them a real good wash, then let them dry out, then crush and serve.

None that i can think of.
But on that, every now and then our mess hall at work does put on oysters...
I don't trust anything that comes out of that kitchen. But how do you go about cleaning the shells ? boiling water ? I have thought of the possibilities of bringing home some oysters from there, I'm just not fond of the idea of keeping them in my room for up to a week without washing them tho. Only thing that mess is good for is their egg shells by the shopping bag. Although the boys laugh their butts off at me at work when they see me at the airport with shopping bags of egg shells.
