I had one ketchup.and didnt catch a single mouse in it.On the other hand my dad has one that has caught thousands of mice.he changed the mechinisim on my one and has caught a few in it.

I though of that but teach the mice to swim in his pool

there is another four lettered word that you would need to teach them to do. swim and then swap the w and m for h and t. if you could train them to do both in his pool then

This time of year around here mice are a problem not because they are looking for food but more that they are seeking shelter for winter .
Sorry to hear your neighbour is being a turd but unless moving is an option all I can suggest is maybe sucking up a bit to get on his good side after all you catch more flies with sugar blah blah..
You dont have any old mine shafts in your area ???you know the ones people fall into all the time no no forget I said that ..
good luck I hope you dont have to part with any of your birds over your silly neighbour...
