My hubby just says "more birds, haven't you got enough all ready?"
I refer him to the carton of beer in the fridge and ask if he will be wanting that replaced or will that "be enough"

lucky, you're all free. mum wont let me have quite a few species because she doesn't like them! and also having just one small aviary is a bit limiting, as is being a kid.

Everyone, even adults, have limitations put on them Jay. :)
If everyone got exactly as they wanted they would no doubt have to do it at someone elses expense.

Yeah Jay this aviary has been a long time in the planning for me too , time and money mate ...never enough of it . Lucky here that a lot of the materials have been given to us for this build.
You will get there Jay .

I’ve got most of what I want, but there’s still a few left. Some I know I’ll be able to get, others, I doubt I’ll ever in real life.
Diamond Firetail
Tri-colour nuns
Lavender waxbill
Red headed waxbill
Black cheeked waxbill
Violet Eared waxbill
Emblema
Long-tail
and finally
Java Sparrows.

One can always wish.
