Checking Petlink is OK sometimes..........got half a dozen Varied Lorikeets locally last weekend :D ..........sure it cost me $$ I shouldn't have spent but saved a heap in time & travel :thumbup: .......and made a handy acquaintence......keep looking Jayburd, especially whilst you dont have a mortgage :lolno:

Pretty sure last month there was a surplus of Chaffinch Cock Birds about and Now there seems to be a few hens about.

Me is thinking that someone has a pricing strategy in place to maintain a higher price.

Pretty cheap either way considering the rarity.

Hope they were bought by people with the skills to breed them.
