Wondering if health shops are best/cheapest place to buy cod liver and wheatgerm oil?
Was reading about different extraction such as solvent or natural does it make any difference for birds?

I buy it from Stockfeeds here in canberra, a pet & farm supplies shop...
but yes I have heard people buy it from health food stores and are happy.

Health food shop probably a bit dearer but I know its there when I want it . Have picked it up at a Soul Pattinsons chemist , might pay to compare prices if using a lot of it.

The Wildlife place that has an Ad in the QFS book has the 2 mixed in a bottle. Not sure on price.

I chased around after them for a while and found they were rarely cheap - I have gone back to just using Passwell's The Good Oil @ about $30/litre, it's formulated for birds and seems to have all and more than in the cod liver/wheatgerm. (unless Im missing something or course and these 2 provide something better than the formulated ones)
