Yes they sure do. I'm very thankful for my seed catchers. After making sure there is no debris in there I usually just tip the whole catcher back into the hopper as there is so much good seed in there.
The hoppers and catchers are working great with my finches. Next to no waste and most of the husks end up in the catcher. Not as good for the parrots.
