With all this rain Im concerned about the birds picking anything up. Is there anything I should be treating for as a preventative measure? My birds arent used to all this wet weather this time of year.

Di all Ive done is try to keep the floor as free from poop as possible and watch them closely . They are getting multi vitamins every day as I kinda figure only a weak bird will get sick from anything funky in the damp ground ...touch wood we have had 2 dry days but before that the floors never got a chance to stay dry .

Well I dont have to worry about the floor, I just finished cleaning out old shellgrit and replacing with new before the rains started.
They are getting the Natures Harvest seed, red pannicum and hulled oats, and what I have left of the black seeds. Boiled eggs now and then, milk seed (as the grasses produce it) and some green leafy vegies now and then too. Spray millet sometimes too. Cuttlefish, grit always available
I just recently wormed them with moxi/praziquantel and they have MultiClens in the water.

I have on hand just in case
Wombaroo/Passwells MultiVite
Passwells First Aid (Emergency Nutrition for sick or orphaned birds)
Aristo Avi-cal liquid
Aristo Avicycline

just found a bottle of Vetafarm Coccivet
