Wild Oats and Veldt grass? Im thinking of getting some of these in frozen form if the gouldians would eat them.

my birds demolish veldt grass, goulds included, so i bet yours would too!

I give the birds hulled oats mixed with red pannicum and they seem to like that.
So it looks like an order for those will go through in the new year. I would like to order sooner but it would be just my luck the parcel would get stuck in the post over the holidays

I feed frozen green Panicum to my goulds no problem and I imagine green oats would be OK too. All my birds love green rice so I'm sure that the large seeds of oats won't be a problem but dry mature oats may be a challenge.
