well today was bit off a sad day but a good day aswell went out to feed the birds this morning was looking at the brown swamp quails on the floor to notice a dead baby plumhead so went in got it out and buried it then went back to feeding and while feeding the same cage started counting the babies thinking only 4 babies soo thered b 3 left but there was still 4 soo they must off had 5 babies which was a big suprise for me as it was there very first nest ever soo suprised me more nd lets hoping they keep throwing that many each clutch will be good seriously thinken of adding a few more prs to the collection now very easy to breed well for me they are sold a mate of mine 7 nd he split thme up in prs and in close to 2yrs he never bred 1 he tried different avairies and all so he gave 2 pr to his mate and within 3months he bred from the same plumheads and since then me mate keeps tellen me those plumheads u sold me never once bred and i just laugh at him
