Worm Enda is for birds.
Worm Enda is OK but does not treat for Tapeworm. The active ingredient (levamisole hydrochloride) has been around a long time and I have heard unconfirmed theories that there may now be strains of round worms that are resistant to it.
There is another version called Worm Enda Plus which has the active ingredient Praziquantel added to make it effective against tapeworm. This is generally suitable for most finches except Gouldians.
I cannot find alot of specific information, but i know deaths in Gouldians have been attributed to Praziquantel. I have also spoken to breeders who have attributed deaths in other species to it, but so far as I know the evidence there seems to be mostly anecdotal. It seems widely accepted as being harmful to Gouldians, though I've yet to find any specific data on this.
