Most definately NOT!!!!!!!!!
A) because chooks find finches delicious and
B) because of the potential disease risk that chooks offer to finches......in fact chooks and finches should really not be kept on the same properties because of the potential disease risk.......let alone in the same aviary!!!
Sorry to be blunt but many of us gave up keeping quail qith finches for that very same reason........

hello . you could but i wouldn't, chooks can carry stick flee and those nasty lil buggers can suck the life out of your finches in no time..plus the to treat all birds for stick flee would render eating the chook eggs a no no....pete

Cannot see it being an ideal situation however I could be wrong , I kinda think the finches would be happier to be able to forage at ground level without facing the equivalent to Godzilla ...
Are chickens carriers of a lot of avian diseases ?
Dont chooks poop a lot thus making the aviary floor a bit icky ?
Dunno your birds , your decision me , myself wouldnt put them together.

Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.

I agree. Definately no chooks in with other birds. In fact, I don't keep my chooks anywhere near my bird aviary complex. Too dusty, attract too many sparrows etc. and just too risky with diseases. Still keep your chooks, they're great waste disposal units and recyclers, but not in with or near your aviary birds.
