Yeah,I had quick look,it seems pretty good.I will have a better read over the weekend

the recepies in the book are worth looking at...some you will disregard, but many good recepies. There are sections on dry seed mixes, sprouted seed methods and mixes, egg food mixes and greens/vegi's used....it's is a bit simplistic in it's approach in that it only details ingredients and method...no scientific analysis of benefit of receipies, but still worth the price ABK are charging...cheers, Paul

had a look through myself the other day, seems a good book. Might try and get it when I go to Queensland in april
