Wouldnt be spraying the sick bird with anything until you know what is wrong with it ....have you got a hospital box ? If so this one may need taking out for a few days .
Dont know what the weather has been like there but here it has been quite breezy and Ive had to put up wind protection here and there , even though its still warm the breeze at night has been coolish ...my point is , are your birds out of the draught ? Gouldians hate draught .
Have you wormed them since you got them ?
Is she swollen around the vent ?
What about a photo of her , might help out with suggestions .

The sparrows may be your source of lice infestation .
I dont know what to say Shanny , Im frustrated by the things happening with all your birds , I want to help but do not know how .

We're so sorry for your loss, Shanny,
Sprays would be dangerous to the chicks.
Ivermectin or moxidectin in the water may help with mites, maybe not so effective for lice- but may get you through until the chicks fledge and you can use something stronger, like a bird mite & lice spray.
Hope this helps

" could mites or lice be a problem?"{Quote}
Shanny, I'd be very surprised if lice caused the death of your Gouldian from the symptoms you described. Gouldians are a hard one to diagnose, although toughening up they still need babying. Did you know the age of the bird for a start the constant entering and leaving by you could have induced shock which Goulds don't handle very well. Unless you can see physical constant preening and uncomfortable fidgety birds that wont stay still for one second on the perch I wouldn't be treating for lice in any form until all are fledged even better if weaned if using an internal wormer via drinking water, Look around your cage (From the outside) and study their behaviour to see if you can pick up any clue's as to what went wrong or could possibly go wrong in the future. As for Coopex it's for treating the environment not the animal so be careful.
