Very sorry to hear about your strange loss. The weirdest things happen sometimes. Sorry can't offer any suggestions that make more sence than those already offered.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I had a similar occurrence with 2 painted cockbirds on one night and nothing else. Put it down to night frights as I found a possum jumping down onto aviary at night now I have barriers up to stop this happening

Thanks again folks for the interest I have got electricity shocking system up and running ( posted pic on another chat about keeping cats off), it remians a mystery to me and I guess others have similar stories and thats that, Murphy is indeed in my averies from time to time, just this morning I lost a Cock Show Zebra to what looked like a mosquito bite, got all pussy and I tried to treat it but this afternoon :innocent: toast.... :sick: Murphy

Yes old Murphy likes to make an appearance here too every now and then ....Sorry about you Zeb and lets hope the cat zapper puts an end to any multiple deaths occurring again.
