Sorry to hear about your loss. I had a similar occurrence with 2 painted cockbirds on one night and nothing else. Put it down to night frights as I found a possum jumping down onto aviary at night now I have barriers up to stop this happening

Thanks again folks for the interest I have got electricity shocking system up and running ( posted pic on another chat about keeping cats off), it remians a mystery to me and I guess others have similar stories and thats that, Murphy is indeed in my averies from time to time, just this morning I lost a Cock Show Zebra to what looked like a mosquito bite, got all pussy and I tried to treat it but this afternoon toast....
