i recently just moved house about 6 weeks ago and i had 2 pairs of zebra finch that were keep together at the back of the house in a shed/garage... one afternoon i came home afterwork and saw the cage was on the ground ( cage was place on a bench ) with the doors wide opened. i went in to check it out and saw my birds were gone and 3 eggs were cracked... and i know it was the cats that did it
they have killed my quails before as well at my old place.... and i was so excited about them breeding too coz it was my first time

Cats and birds dont mix well.Unless you train your own cat,and it dominates the neighbours cats keeping them out.

framed, that dog looks more like something you would buy at toyworld and then put batteries in

miserable animals cats are. so glad that my dog hates them. even the cat that belongs here (not my idea) will not venture into the backyard

My dogs, Lily (black Pomeranian) and Molly (she is my avatar pic) are really good cat chasers, I just wish they would do it quietly! The minute they hear that thud on the fence they stand at the door growling and when I let them out they race up the garden barking at the top of their lungs.......I can usually see the cat scrambling franctially backover the fence....lol. The cat never gets further thatn the shed. I guess the dogs system of lots of noise must be working cos the cats dont come over as often as they used to.
